This role is 4 days a week (with a view to becoming 5 days), and reports directly to the Senior Clinician of Recovery Focus and Business Operations Manager, while also working closely with other key members of the team.

The Mental Health Occupational Therapist is responsible for the assessment, treatment, and management of clients with a range of mental health diagnoses.
This Role is a rare opportunity to learn about Mental Health Occupational Therapy from a leading Therapist in this field. It includes Induction Training for the successful applicant and ongoing support will be provided to ensure that optimal patient outcomes are achieved.
What you need for this position is:

Ability to communicate and build rapport with clients and their support team.
Participation in Key Performance Activities including team meetings and accountability meetings.
Participation in daily client planning, weekly team meetings, weekly professional development, quarterly leadership workshops and annual business growth planning days.
Contribute to social media and marketing content to educate and support our community of followers.
